Are U Game
Product condition and authenticity
At Are U Game, the description of a video game, movie, comic or tabletop item needs to explain exactly what is being offered. Check platform or media format, region, issue number, condition and included components before deciding whether a listing matches what you want.
Review our standards for inventory, new and used product condition, authenticity statements, and graded items below. For pre-owned products, only the components shown in the listing photographs are included unless the description expressly states otherwise.

Inventory and fulfillment
In-stock products are physically held and shipped by Are U Game. Clearly identified preorder products ship after their displayed availability date and after inventory is received. We do not source an item from another retail seller after a customer places an order.
New products
A product described as new is factory-sealed and unused. Opened, incomplete, or previously used products must not be described as new.
Used products
We evaluate used-product condition from the listing photographs and visible item details. Review every image, the product title, and all product-specific notes before ordering. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification about an item.
Authenticity
We do not describe image-based condition evaluation as independent authentication. Any product-specific authenticity statement must be supported by the item details shown in its listing.
Graded cards
For a graded card, the grading company and grade are shown on the slab label and identified in the listing. Are U Game does not issue third-party grades.
Details that distinguish this item
For a video game, movie, comic or tabletop item, compare platform or media format, region, issue number, condition and included components. Similar-looking products may differ in contents or compatibility. A general category description should not be used to fill a missing item-specific field.
Identify the platform or media format and the item title; for comics, add the series and issue.
Included contents and photographs
For a pre-owned item, use both the description and item photographs to identify the included pieces. If those sources conflict or a photograph is identified as a reference image, ask for clarification. A box in an illustrative store scene is not proof that a particular copy or accessory is included in an order.
Keep cases, manuals and other included material with used games and media. Return the same copy in the same condition. For tabletop items, retain all listed components rather than returning only the main box or book.
Condition language is a description of the offered item, not a guarantee of a future third-party grade or resale price. Review the returns policy if something arrives materially different from its listing. Keep identifying features and documentation intact while the issue is reviewed.
